The main aim of this course is to transform students into global citizens, aware of and equipped to handle the nuances of diversity in multinational corporations. The course will be divided into an online part and a face-to-face participation in Mladá Boleslav.

During these parts, students will dive into diversity, find out about diversity theories, explore queer theories in modern management, find out blueprints from the Giants and Pharma Giant's Approach on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and last but not least, the influence of diversity on executive decisions. Last point of the program will be: The interplay of Corporate Responsibility and Diversity in MNCs. Teaching will be led by different teachers who have a lot of experience with diversity.

Fee: € 60, includes the costs for welcome dinner and social activities. Students have to cover all cost by themselves (accommodation, meals, travel, etc.). Participants apply for short-term blended mobility grants via Erasmus+ (Financial support at home university).

Number of credits: 3 ECTS

Blended format consists of: Online meeting (5^th & 7^th February 2024) and onsite training (12^th – 16^th February 2024)
